By: Michael PriorWell made. Strong straps with double stitching and reinforcing at high load points. It is padded with about 1 cm thick firm padding/foam. Nice and big for kicking and punching. I wrapped sand in old clothes to avoid the sand grinding against the inside of the bag. I bought 40 kg of sand but one bucket of sand is enough (about 10 kg) and stuff it firmly with old clothes
