At Dshop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your online shopping experience overall. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment and this is reflected in our Return Policy.

Money Back Guarantee 

Dshop will offer a change-of-mind exchange, refund or store credit provided that:

  • The merchandise is in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached (ready to be put back on the shelf),
  • The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received,
  • The change-of-mind replacement or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase. 

5% restocking fee will apply for all items.

12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All of our products are covered by a 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.

When you shop from Dshop, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your product is covered by One Year Warranty.

In addition to all rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant legislation, the manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects for a period 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturer's defects and faults that may occur.

Our liability under this manufacturer’s warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship and was not caused by other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to any neglect, misuse or excessive use. 

Commercial Use is covered under this Warranty for 90 Days.

Premium 24-Month Warranty

Some selected items may be covered by a 24 Month Extended Warranty 

DOA Policy

If your product is dead on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of purchase, we will replace or repair the product at our cost, and pay for the return postage. We will offer you the full value for your product within 7 days of purchase.

Returns

When a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to return the product in its original packaging may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion. If the item has been damaged due to misuse or does not return in retail condition as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required. If the item returned is found to be in working order, a service fee including postage may be applicable. The outcome of the return process should take no longer than 6 business days from the date the item is received by our returns department. 

Consumer Guarantees

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Once a return is authorised, as you can appreciate, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and how we can help you, be it a refund, store credit, exchange or repair. 

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Dshop cannot provide a refund or replacement, whether the fault is identified by Dshop, the manufacturer or their service agent.
