Love my fitpal machine. A 75 year old elderly friend gave me a demo of his machine & this convinced me to purchase one. (No demo at shows/events would have) There was a strong rubber smell when first unpacked from the matting, this has lessened now. Even short sessions give a sense of well being. Slowly building up to longer sessions. I need to incresse my fitness level & trim down.

There are three people in our family who use this product, 2x adults and 1x teenager; we have all felt the benefits of this machine and are extremely happy with it. You can feel the oxygen circulating through your blood, therefore feel more alert and breathing is better. We have definitely toned up our bodies and generally feel better health. It is heavier than we thought but have no regrets as we feel confident about the amount of weight it can hold; my husband is a tall man and is much heavier. Finally, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is limited in their time to be able to exercise, however a good balance with normal physical exercise such as walking is needed to keep healthy.

Works as advertised and operates as effectively as other products which cost three times the price. The manual needs to be more informative however as there are several preset programs P1 to P9 which have no explanation but give a wide range of different speed and times. Otherwise it is better to pay this price than treble for similar items.
