Purchased the Ultra Slim Whole Body Shaper Vibration Machine because we were looking for an alternative to the gym and pilates. What a great workout and in such a short time, just 2 - 3 X 12 minute sessions a week have been enough to not only maintain my fitness but are getting great results in other parts of my body that weren't changing with my previous workouts.
