Stage 1- Ceramic stone pre-filter
Constructed from highly compressed and fired diatomaceous earth with a pore size of 0.3 microns, it removes rust and sediments and stops bacteria, germs, and parasites.
Stage 2- Silver Advanced Carbon
With astounding 65 acres of purifying surface area, it removes herbicides, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, trihalomethanes, heavy metals, organic chemicals, odors, colour, and particulates.
Stage 3- Mineral Zeolite Granules
Removes heavy metals such as lead, mercury, gold, and silver, heavy metals can accumulate in our bodies, and high levels of heavy metals lead to a wide range of terminal illnesses. This filtration process removes detergents, ammonium, certain radioactive ions, agricultural chemicals, and other toxins.
Stage 4- Natural Silica Sand
It provides additional intense filtration, creates optimal PH balance by neutralizing acidic components, "polishes" water for brilliance and clarity and infuses water with natural silica popular for strengthening collagen in skin, hair, and nails.
Stage 5- Mineral Sand Infusion
Release mineral, and adjust the HP of water to mild alkaline, which helps oxygenate the water and restore the PH balance of the body fluid.
Stage 6- Ion Exchange Resin
The fired diatomaceous earth and mineral oxides assist in PH balancing, breaks water molecule clusters into smaller structures for greater bio-availability, and emit beneficial infrared to energize the water.
Stage 7- Mineral Stone Immersion
Mineral stones are mined between 330 and 600 meters below sea levels on unpolluted resources. The mineral stone contains Germanium which promotes health and prevents cancer, and Germanium also absorbs heavy metals, toxins, odours, and impurities. The mineral stones continuously release more than 20 kinds of ionized minerals for 5 years, gradually depleting in size. The highly porous mineral stone aid in the oxygenation of water and in the adjustment of the water to mild alkaline.
Stage 8 - Magnetic Water Filter Tap

We use tank water for all our needs and have tried various filtering systems in the past. This one from Dshop is easy to use and gives good quality drinking water without any added tastes. Perfect benchtop filter, makes our horrible town water virtually tasteless. It does leak if the bottom is full and you add more to the top but that means you just have to be vigilant not to over fill.

Unfortunately I live in an area where the tap water is virtually undrinkable due to its taste, chlorine etc. Up until now I have been using bottled water which is both expensive and environmentally unsound. I spent some time on the internet and physically checking out water filter products to have an idea of effectiveness, sizes available, and cost. I saw this product from dshop and couldn't believe what good value it seemed to be, almost too good to be true! Anyway I decided to buy one, after all it wasn't a big risk as it cost only the equivalent of 2 months worth of bottled water. The filter arrived only a couple of days after placing the order, and I set about assembling it which only took 15-30 minutes. Excellent construction and no problems. I have now been using it for several weeks and have absolutely no complaints at all. I'm now pleased with myself for making such a good decision. Fully recommend this product.
