After recent ear surgery, the "hole" in the pillow takes pressure off the ear when lying on that side. Perfect! Her surgeon was impressed with the product and said he would be recommending it to other patients. Dshop customer service also perfect.

Great help

I love my side sleeper pillow as I have shoulder bursitis. I use a soft pillow on top of the side sleeper pillow but can snuggle my shoulder into the curve. I would prefer it to be a bit firmer

Initially I was not impressed with the quality of the materials in the pillow but after using it I found it helped with the comfort of my head while side sleeping. So, yes it is helpful.

At first I thought this pillow to be flimsy after my beautiful plush pillow. After having surgery on my ear my Dr suggested I get a pillow with a hole in it, this one was the only one I could find. After using for weeks now I find it does the job and I sleep really well, my ear is still very sensitive so the hole for my ear is perfect. I really do think that the filling could be more to offer more support, maybe a little bigger even but overall am happy with it.

I was very pleased that I was able to purchase this pillow as I was told by Big W that it was unavailable,they didn't make them anymore. I found it on a side bar for something else, I didn't know that Dshop even existed until then, so I contacted Dshop and Sam?? was extremely helpful,she assured me that what I saw was the one that I was looking for, there were non genuine on the market,and the price was reduced by $27, so I purchased 2, It arrived in 4 days to a regional area. I love this product. There is no problem with it and if I roll over then it makes no difference, I don't have to turn the pillow over I just cuddle on to the long side, this still keeps me in line (I do have a neck problem) and I go straight back to sleep. The only thing I didn't like was the WHITE cases but I solved that problem, my wife dyed them. I don't think that there is quite as much filling in this one compared to the first one I purchased being the original,a couple of years ago. The box on this one says NEW, I take to mean a new manufacture, but it isn't bad, the case pulls it all in anyway. I wouldn't sleep with anything else now.

Fabulous product

Fabulous product. For anyone who has suffered from neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk too long, I recommend you try this product. Have tried all sorts of pillows over the years, cheap and expensive pillows and will never go back to a normal rectangular product again.
